Windows 10: black screen

update 9/22//19, turn on screen appear to have darker screen. windows defender need action showed it was a virus in with the update completed actions recommend my device restarted black screen sometimes blank and now horizontal lines able to connect hdmi and use different monitor. onscreen keyboard because laptop keyboard not function right. it did have a pop up screen ,graphic and chipset removed. any advice
