Windows 10: Black screen

HI

Few days ago i swaped my b350 mortal and i5-7500 16gb of ddr4 ram (2400) to new mother board h310m i5-9400f and ddr4 16 gb dual stick (2666) to my pc. At first it worked but after 1 day its started to frezze and somw random pixels or squers were stuck on my screen and now i get black screen when i ran msi after burner or anything ells. I also have old bios so this might be a problem but i want to be 100% sure befor i do anything.
