Windows 10: Black screen

Hi!

Iam using windows 10.

From recent days I caught up with a problem with my laptop.When I use it for sometime suddenly the opened program freezes and automatically get closed, then I see black wallpaper ,desktop icons get shufffled and I can't adjust brightness.

When I try to resolve the issue by using safemode,I see same issues like black wallpaper.If anyone know the solution for this problem, please reply with the same.
