Windows 10: Black Screen

I'm unable to use my computer, in summary:

• 
  I'm able to pull up task manager by pressing Ctrl + alt + delete but when I click on task manager it will not pop up, instead the cursor will have a blue loading circle.
  
  
• 
  I enabled safe mode, but I still wasn't able to click on anything on my desktop. The safe mode screen made the desktop background black, and the error of window processer or something like that kept popping up so I had to click cancel and shut off my computer.
  

Can't use startup repair or anything of the sort since it requires an HP password and apparently nobody knows it.
