Windows 10: Black screen

The issue appeared after update. I have a black screen now. The Task manager is not responding. I tried to reboot, ran the Safe Mode, but the black screen is here. I tried to reset my PC to the factory setting but it loaded to 80% but the black screen went back. I also tried to get back to the previous Windows version but failed. I need any help
