    I am getting the black screen after I log on to my user account admin account as well. I have researched the various solutions to this to no avail. I also get to the black screen on safe mode both with/without networking. I have tried all the recovery solutions in the diagnostic mode. I tried to reset the pc but got an error saying the action could not be completed. I got the same type of error for all the advanced options in the diagnostic mode. I am at a loss at this point and would appreciate some help. I am fairly sure there was an auto update from windows and I just last week updated my latest graphic card drivers.

    • System: Intel Core i5+ 8400 2.8GHz 6 Core Intel B360 Chipset 8GB DDR4 1TB HDD 16GB Intel Optane Memory Windows 10 Home 64-bit
    • Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB Video Card 1x DVI 1x HDMI 2x DisplayPort
