I'm currently using a Dell G3 laptop and a while ago I had some problems with my Windows so the dell technician I contacted asked me to reinstall Windows. I did reinstall the Windows 10 but since then, I have been facing this problem where my screen goes black while playing games. The keyboard backlight is still o
