Windows 10: Black Screen

So I’m having an issue regarding my PC booting in safe mode but it’s stuck on a black screen. I’ve waited for 5-10mins and I’m not to sure if it takes that long to even boot up. My PC was working just fine, I do GFX Designs, I stream & etc on it. My mouse, my keyboard and PC lights up, I tried switching monitors thinking maybe it’s my monitor but that didn’t solve anything either. I’ve tried Holding the power button and starting it back up again and still nothing, I’ve tried turning it off and on 3x, still nothing. Any solutions?
