Windows 10: Black Screen

    Black Screen


    I got a new laptop a week ago but there's problems. When i shut down my laptop and i resign in it takes a lot longer and theres a black screen. However when I restart the laptop it signs in quick and the black screen is temporarily gone. It always comes back after i shut down the laptop. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
