Windows 10: Black Screen?

I recently downloaded th 'quicker' Pin method of logging into my pc. I turned it off that night and the next day when I turned it on and entered the Pin it went to a black screen and nothing works after that. I turned it off by the switch and tried again, and again and again, I then tried going back to the password option which did exactly the same. I am now not able to open my pc at all, it was working fine before the Pin download but was a little slow.

When I turn it off for a very brief moment I can see the orange screen behind with the circle or dots with the message please wait a moment...it's been 3 days now. Please I need help just to open the pc so I can delete or go back to a previous save point. Tried F12 but that didn't work either....anyone have any suggestions?
