Windows 10: Black Screen

There is no desktop at all when i switch on my pc. It is completely black but only the cursor is visible,you can open the task manager with shortcut key.After some timelike 10-15 minutes the desktop become visible but the apss like settings windows search is not opening and also the taskbar is still not visible.File explorer can be opened .i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the GPU driverAMD Radeon Software using the DDU tool but it still doesnt work. i tried to take a screenshot of this problem but screenshot isn't being saved
