Have been receiving this fault like wildfire since Friday, only occurs while using my Nvidia GTX 3060 - does not persist through my 1060. Have clean installed with DDU/New Drivers, Rebooted Windows, Tested that all fans are working on GPU/Heat is fine. One thing I notice in Afterburner is lots of Mem Clock spikes even when doing nothing, Last stress test it spiked for a minute or two before black screening. Have already sent this card out once before and starting to think it's bad again..... I do also get a Microsoft Gameinput pop-up in the reliability report which was previously crashing my

i get random black screens on my display for a brief moment, sometimes those black screens cause my pc to crash

Many users has sadly aswell encountered this problem. Solving this will take some time, I highly suggest you to look through these threads steadily while making some stress tests and all of the other stuff that is needed.

LiveKernelEvent 141 and 193; black screen of death

I've been getting random black screens of death - computer becomes unresponsive - and I can't narrow down the root cause. There are sometimes LiveKernelEvent 141 or 193 that I see in Reliability Monitor, sometimes no hardware issues identified just goes to a black screen with 'Desktop Windows Manager' not working.

I'm out of ideas on how to troubleshoot this. It's random, sometimes immediately after starting my computer before even getting logged into Windows. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all my drivers and ran memory diagnostics (nothing found). Any ideas?
