Windows 10: Black stain on my screen appears only at software level

I don't know when this black stain appeared just today i noticed it, at first i thought it was physical damage to my monitor but it looks like it isnt and i dont really know how to deal with it its the first time it happens to me also the black stain appears even in screenshots thats weird... , also this thing appears above everything even when i duplicate the screen to both of my monitors the black stain appears on both screens when i do that but when only extending the screen it doesnt appear on the second monitor, so please HELP! psdata: the thing always stays at the same height and width of the screen

Endless black screen without anything but it is on

Black Dots appears on screen

The thread which u provided is when windows hang but in my case it doesn't hang it works fine but as u see in first picture icons,taskbar are displayed
