    So I have a new dell computer with Win 10 on it. There is a program that is downloaded that is a archery program that I use. On my old computer with Win 7 it worked fine on the new one not so much. There is a spot where I can enter my own info instead of accepting something close. But when I do there are 7 boxes that I have to enter my info in that are solid black. I can right click on the box and see the words in blue behind the black but as soon as I go off of it its all blacked out. The guy that owns the program swears up and down that its in the Win settings but I cannot find anything to change that fixed it. No other programs are doing this. Can you help??

    blocks of text are black, blue and grey colored boxes

    Running a new HP Notebook with Windows 10, in two separate applications (Quickbooks 2016 and Outlook 2016) blocks of text appear as black, blue and grey boxes obscuring some of the text. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    To better help you with your concern, please verify the following:

    • Is it only happening on the two separate applications you mentioned?
    • How long have you been experiencing this issue?
    • Would you mind sending the screenshot of the blocks of text that you're referring to?

    how to block texts on Windows Phone?

    Call and texts use a different system to reach a phone

    Whilst calls have been blocked the problem has always been stopping TEXT

    For evidentiary purposes it is easier to prove a text was sent and received as are the contents

    Microsoft store these in a "blocked text list" you should not be alerted to when blocked text arrive.

    If a person send without justification any offensive text this is a form of harassment and will be in breach of many countries Communication Law

    On a phone level as you can see text can't be stopped effectively....However networks are responsible and may be able to stop text reaching you (in the UK you cant send an anonymous text)

    Long story short regulators can punish networks quite severely if it knew it was going on and did nothing.

    A network is forced to take action

    Look at your T&C there should be a do & don'ts which will be the same similar for the sender.

    e.g. your network complain to the senders network who take action as an example

    Explain the situation and follow ALL the steps the network state DON'T RELENT, as you could find you have to start again by not following through if it restarts

    There are various escalation steps a network can take depending on your situation... to repeat

    For evidentiary purposes it is easier to prove a text was sent and received as are the contents.
