Windows 10: Black Text

For the past few days after I wiped my PC, everything was working fine. I could play games, get NVIDIA and Intel related things, and could surf the web with amazing performance. However, I reset my PC and the font of everything on my desktop was black. It's strange and happened before I wiped my PC, and now it's happening again. I don't know what is causing this or how to fix it, so I need help.

1. Go to Settings under your App list.

2. Search for Keyboard.

3. Tap the keyboard you're using to make changes.

4. Check the checkbox for "Suggest text".
