Windows 10: Black window at the start up

Hello Guys,


Can someone please help me to resolve this issue at the startup? There is a small window that opens up on the desktop which I cannot close. Restart doesn't help.


The window at the startup is very small as per my picture circled in blue it allows me to stretch but I cannot close it. I only noticed this by using a black background. Thank you

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.
