Windows 10: Black window keep popping up and disappearing, how to stop it?

    Black window keep popping up and disappearing, how to stop it?


    I have read quite a few posts about this issue, but none can fix mine. I downloaded malwarebytes, couldn't find anything. Task scheduler doesn't register any activity when the box pops up. Windows is up to date, Microsoft Defender Antivirus offline scan didn't find anything. At first when the issue appeared, I could see on the window it said something like appdata\roaming, but now it only shows for a split second, I cannot see any info on the black window. It is so disruptive. While typing here, I have the Windows Security open, and when the black window appears, it brings the Windows Security
