    Black window keeps popping when opening a browser


    As of the title says there is a black window that keeps popping when opening a browser. No matter what browser I open it will show another black box and I need to close it. I know it is not normal so if there is something you can share I really appreciate it.

    windows 10 locks up after having a browser open for a while

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply.

    Follow these steps to open Internet Explorer browser:


    • Press Windows key + R to get the run window.

    • Type “iexplore.exe” and hit enter.

    This will open the Internet Explorer browser for you.

    If this is not yet tried then you may also go with the clean boot step to check if that helps. Further you may also observe the situation for the next 24 to 48 hours and then let us know the status.
