Windows 10: Blackscreen for UEFI settings

I go into advanced startup, I restart, I go to troubleshoot, and to my UEFI settings. It then proceeds to say to restart to change UEFI settings, and when I do so, my screen goes black then appears to stay black. I've taken my time and waited to see if anything would happen, but nothing did. Though my PC was still on, as were my keyboard and mouse which were still connected and lit up.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

uefi firmware settings

I did have UEFI Firmware Settings under settings / update and security / recovery / advanced startup - restart now

and then under troubleshooting /advanced

but it is no longer listed... how can I get the UEFI Firmware settings back into recovery?
