Windows 10: Blackscreen intermittently occurring during general PC usage, and bluescreen driver error...

I've had an issue intermittently which has started occurring more frequently recently. The issue is that my screens will go black, audio will continue for a few seconds, and then my PC seems to stop not turn off, with no way of returning information back to the display monitors. Note: The PC does not seem to turn off as my keyboard still has lights on and the PC is still making a noise, and as such I do not believe that it has turned off or restarted. The PC will remain in this state until I force a reboot.This has happened while I was watching something on Youtube, playing a game, and have

Hi,

This might be caused by a corrupted or outdated drivers. Were there any recent changes made on your device prior to the issue? Was it working properly before? We suggest that you update the driver and see if the same error will occur afterwards. Follow the
steps below:

• Open Device Manager.
• Look for DVD/CD-ROM drives and click it to expand.
• Select the driver then right-click on it and select Properties.
• Under Driver tab, click the Update Driver
  button to update the driver.
