Hey I am a windows 10 user for months so far I didn't had any problems however I just installed a Kaspersky Internet Security and I couldn't register it due to net trouble after a few minutes my pc started to restart saying " DPC watchdog violation "
am notrying even able to go to start menu. My pc restart just after I entered the pswd. Pls help me. Am using Samsung 370R

 

Note These suggestions are not (I hope in regards to Driver Booster 3) related to the BSODS, they are for preventing accidental mistakes
Please let me know if you have installed any driver with Driver Booster 3!



Warning Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with Driver Booster 3, please remove them as it may cause trouble.
An easy way to get remove these drivers is by using a restore point prior the installation.

Please remove these programs while troubleshooting.

This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

The single dump blamed the Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers, but it is more recent than the one Gigabyte provides. From where is this driver installed?

 

I am a layman and do not know where the driver is installed the Intel Rapid Storage Technology

 

Please uninstall Intel Rapid and download it here

A FYI, BluescreenViewer, WhoCrashed and other similar utilities provide useless information to us. The information they give, we can get the same with a lot more useful information from the dump itself, but you need to provide the dump through a zip with the DM Log Collector.

The only thing that I currently know with the info BlueScreenViewer provides is that a pagefault had occured for the reason that an invalid memory address was referenced or a pageable memory address was referenced, the reason why a BSOD occured is simply because the IRQL for such actions is too high, a pageable or invalid memory address reference is a violation on that IRQL or a higher IRQL.

If you haven't yet installed Rapid Storage from Gigabyte, I recommend to do so.
