Windows 10: Blank/Black Screen

I was updating windows and then ran into a huge problem. When I turn on my PC it looks normal at first. Then it pops up with the a blue screen with time and date. Then I press enter and it goes to the login screen. From there the screen turned black after I try to login. Not only that I tried restarting my pc that didn't work, Tried to open task manager another black screen. How can I fix this issue?or is something corrupted within my PC?
