Windows 10: Blank Blue Screen HELP :-(

Hi,
I have been trying to download windows 10 on my laptop (windows 7). It does the download and looks like it is all downloading fine and it starts rebooting and then it goes to a blank blue screen and doesn't go off the screen. I have to turn my laptop off just to do something on it, it then restores my old version of windows and doesn't download windows 10.
I then check the update and it says "failed" with the error details "code 8007002C"
Can some pleaseeee help me

Tablet lost operating software

I cannot get it to do anything past the blue screen. If I hold the volume up/dn and reset it, it shows "entering dnx mode - awaiting fastboot command", then will either proceed to the aforementioned blue screen or simply a blue grey screen that is blank.

sorry abt that....

when I did that reset as mentioned in that link, it showed a turning gear screen, it stayed that way for abt 5 mins, then that screen was replaced by the Nokia writing, then the blank blue screen came... and then it keeps repeating the Nokia writing and
the blank blue screen...

Try the above.

 

Unfortunately that hasn't worked... I did everything it said above to do, I stopped windows update and then deleted temp update files, I then turned on the updates again and that didn't work so I then downloaded the system update readiness tool and this still didn't solve the problem.
The download looked like it was working and got to about 80% and then it went to a blank dark blue screen for ages and then my laptop started to turn itself back on but restore to the original upgrade not windows 10 :-(
Can some please help me......
