Windows 10: Blank blue screen on M.2

Since I installed my M.2 I've never been able to install windows in UEFI mode. I tried to install windows 11 and the same thing happened. I tried removing the M.2 and leaving only the SSD I had and the same error still occurs. This has never happened to me before. If I click on ESC the computer restarts and if I don't do anything after about 30 seconds the computer shuts down. I've tried using rufus, windows media creation tool and others and nothing. I thought it was a problem with the flash drive, so I borrowed one from a friend who knew it worked perfectly, but I still got no results.
