Windows 10: Blank blue screen when installing Windows 10

I built my PC ahead of buying a GPU and wanted to run it until I get one later this month since I need it for work and my 9600K has integrated graphics.

I created my Windows 10 USB and it has been working previously on my laptop. I reinstalled the system on the laptop twice using that USB.

When I try booting from it on the newly built PC, a blue screen appears, sometimes half blue screen, half windows logo. After like 2 minutes it shuts down automatically.

The USB has a UEFI partition too and when I try to boot from that one, I see an orange screen with white stripes.

Everything is fresh and new among the components, I tried disconnecting my HDD and using only the SSD while installing - no change. Tried switching from Legacy+UEFI to UEFI and back, no change. Switching from PEG to IGD didn't help either.

My motherboard is the MSI MPG z390 gaming plus and I can't find anything what I did wrong there. CPU and RAM are working, the cooler and the fans are spinning, USB drives all recognized etc.

Restart the machine, at the HP Splash screen, press ESC to invoke the 'One Time Boot Menu' then select the USB and Enter...
