Windows 10: Blank CMD Screen on Startup showing a directory C;\Users\[User...

Why I'm getting this empty Command Prompt cmd showing directory C;\Users\Sony\Local\Updates\WindowsService.exe ? Also, I used to get a Windows script error message like the image below the image isn't mine that I solved via [ https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-script-host-error-in/28057b56-2b88-4d7d-ab5e-c034afa71427?page=1 ] and this says that my pc had a malware but it wasn't successful as it was automatically deleted and even all the google accounts were logged out as google also sensed malware on my PC. Can someone help me out fixing this CMD issue?

C:\users directory?

My C:\users directory shows up as C:\Public\US SEAL 7.ico. Anyone know what's up with that?

Add User Screen Comes Up Blank

I noticed that someone else needs help with this. If you need the User Account screen for something more complicated, then I can't really help you, but, if you want to make a local user account, I did find a solution. If you're an administrator on your computer,
then do the following steps:

• Search "cmd" on your start menu.
• The program that comes up should be Command Prompt. Right click on the program and select "Run as Administrator".
• In the Command Prompt, put the following text in:

• net user "[user account name here]" [optional password here] /add
• Ex. net user "Abigail" 1234 /add will add a user account with the name Abigail and the password 1234

If you want to log in with a Microsoft Account, just make a local user account, log into it, and then log into the Microsoft Account from there (assuming your login screens do work and it's only the add user screen that remains blank). Hope this helps!

 

C:\users directory?

The dir of what would normally be "C:\users" is literally "C:\Public\US SEAL 7.ico" even tho it contains an illegal character ..."\". Here's a picture of the directory structure:





As you can see, "Public\US SEAL 7.ico" is a directory but something else is odd. When I'm under the directory of "Public\US SEAL 7.ico":





I can't seem to get a picture of it but if I click in the address bar, it says I'm in the "C:\users" directory. I know the users directory was OK earlier today and was showing up in the root of C:\ as usual. I can't figure out what has happened to cause
the dir structure to look like it does now. I looked around and US SEAL 7.ico is a file in an icon's directory I have so it's a valid ico file but I don't remember doing anything with it. That icon's directory is in the root of C:.
