Windows 10: Blank Login page after deleting Ngc folder

Hi Folks!I have a problem that others had, too, but wasn't ever resolved.I had to reset and install my Windows 11 and everything seemed fine, could even log in with my previously set PIN. However, the "set up pin" notification kept bothering me and I wasn't able to set a PIN since I already had one. Long story short, I read that the Ngc folder had to be reset so I deleted it.Now, when I'm on the login screen, I press a button and the screen just goes blurry, but that's it. No pin or password prompt or anything comes up, so I'm basically locked out of my system without any chance to login.Windo

Long story short, I read that the Ngc folder had to be reset so I deleted it.

Now, when I'm on the login screen, I press a button and the screen just goes blurry, but that's it. No pin or password prompt or anything comes up, so I'm basically locked out of my system without any chance to login.

Windows support is not helping as usual.

Please, does anyone have a solution that actually works?

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:

 

I deleted NGC Folder, now can't login.

When I tried to change Windows Hello Pin, it showed an error 'your organisations resources dontupport this pin'. I checked microsoft tech community and one microsoft officer replied delete NGC folder by taking permission and I did so. After that i got new pin setup but i thought it's about setting new user so i restarted. But now i can't login.

It's showing login in link when I click it it returns back to lock screen. And it repeats for all account even admin as all accounts used hello pin for login.

I need a fix for this as it not my fault. I can't reset the OS or delete accounts I need to get it back.
