  1. Blank pages being printed but only from one computer

My husband and I each have a desktop all-in-one computer and we share a printer that we connect to wirelessly. I recently changed a printer cartridge and overall the printer seems to be fine. However, when sending print jobs to the printer from my husband's computer, all we get are blank pages. I can print from my computer without a problem. The computer in question is a Dell XPS All in one running windows 10. The printer is a HP Envy 4500. We uninstalled the printer and files and re-installed as well as shutting the system down etc., to no avail. Thanks for any suggestions.

    :)

  2. Printing blank pages

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing issues with printing on your PC, as the printer prints only blank pages. For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

    1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
    2. Were you able to print previously or is this the first time you’re trying to print?
    3. How is the printer connected to the PC?
    4. Have you tried printing a test document?

Refer the article Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

Meanwhile, you may want to refer the article
My product is printing blank pages from Windows or my Mac. What should I do?
by Epson and see if that helps.

Note: This article holds good for Windows 10 as well

In addition, you can try performing Clean Print and see if you are able to print the documents normally.

Note: Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow
these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

Windows 10 print blank pages, recurring problem on different computers with different printers.

Would like to add first that if you PAY for Microsoft Word and install it in your computer the issue disappears, yes disappears. If you do not have Word then most if not all pages from notepads, email pages, websites with different browsers will only print
blank pages. I am only able to print shipping labels and original PDF documents, if I create a PDF it will print blank pages, print to printer blank pages, print to PDF blank pages, trying to save the printing as a file results in blank pages when ordered
    to print.

This started as soon as my PCs got upgraded to Win10 with no solution in sight, looking for help online is useless as there are so many suggestions that looks to be an endless search for a fix.

Only way I can work around it and does not work all the time is opening Google Docs online and copy paste what I want there and print from there.

I will not purchase Word ever again so if someone has a suggestion I would appreciate it.
