Windows 10 Desktop Background Bounding Box Pixels Not Erasing Correctly

The background can be a solid color or picture. It happens on the desktop background immaterial if it is solid or a picture. There is no missing source picture.

I notice that sometimes there is no problem. When I restart the computer, eventually this problem resurfaces.

When a selection box is drawn and stretched and then released, some of the pixels do not erase. This requires a background "refresh" to set the desktop background back to the correct pixel colors. This appears to be a Windows 10 bug.

I am currently using Windows 10, and, for whatever reason, whenever I view a picture with transparency, black, or a dark variant of a color, it has red pixels streaking across it. How can I fix this?

 

E51 - dead pixel

Hi there, i both E51 two weeks ago, and now on my screen in the upper right corner I have a dead pixel, but as I know for the dead pixel i is in black color, but mine changes color while the background color is changed. Can any one help me?

Is it some way i I can fix this?
