Windows 10: blank screen after shutting down

    i have a problem where after shutting down the screen went blank but the power button is still on. i know theres a couple discussion about this. i read it and saw most of the answer to fix this is through management engine interface. i tried a couple way to fix this from youtube but still unable to fix this. the only way i havent tried is the one i mention earlier with the management engine interface, but the thing is i cant find it on my laptop. when i shut down my laptop even though the screen went blank the fan and other are still working i can hear it. it either took so ling to finally shut down completely or it wont shut down and i have to force shut down the laptop. any wat to fix this problem? my laptop used to shut down pretty quick but now i have to wait at least 1 minute or long or sometimes it wont shut at all. pls help me is there any way to fix this
