Windows 10: Blank Screen After Windows 10 update

Hello, I'm facing a problem with my laptop dell xps 13, where there is a blank screen after singing in, this happened immediately after I updated the system. I went into Microsoft support page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/sbs/windows/troubleshoot-black-screen-or-blank-screen-errors-79bcd941-5c32-5da9-9a99-9ed1a53b0d94 and followed the recommended actions, tried action 1+2 and didn't work, then I tried action 3 but I couldn't sing in safe mood no matter who much I tried, went online to find another way to safe mood, and gave the restart+ shift ago but again couldn't go to safe mood.

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:
