Windows 10: blank screen in windows 11

earlier I didn't get a windows 11 update but then I got it no prob with that but from some days it suddenly gets a black screen and brings a lock screen but I move the cursor now and then so it should not go to sleep. today was my exam I got a black screen but it was good that I signed in fast or I would have to turn off my camera during the submitting time and do the exam. pls tell me why it happened and what should I do?note I think my display is not win11 compatible but another prob I can't switch back to win10 because I deleted windows.old folder. :-is it a virus

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:
