Windows 10: Blank screen on the opening of the windows security

i have tried various method to solve this error but i am unable. please someone help me. So, please help me. My windows specs:-Windows 11 Pro

Windows Security blank screen

After full reseting my laptop, I can’t seem to open my Windows Security. It only shows blank screen. How do I settle this?
