Windows 10: blank screen with error 0146

Discus and support blank screen with error 0146 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I start up my Dell XPS L701X laptop and Dell emblem shows but then black screen.     I start up my Dell XPS L701X laptop and Dell emblem shows but then black screen. I restart and while Dell emblem showing I hit F12. Boot menu comes up with several listings. The only one that will work is the Diagnostic. After running, a pop-up appears and states: Error 0146, msg. code 2000-0146. I further try to test and will not procede beyond Pre-boot system assessment build 129.


    I bought this as a Windows 7. But have upgraded clear thru Windows 10. The Laptop has never been used hardly any at all.


    I would like to just be able to get it booted up so I can re-install (reset) computer.
