Windows 10: Blank Screen with exist button

I'v get blank screen while I'am working in Microsoft Word. The screen freeze suddenly and got blanked. There are only exist, minimize, etc button in the corner with one symbol which I'dont know what its meaning. I've try any way for blank screen solution but not working. When I try to charge, the battery notification appear but only that. Please help.

Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
