Windows 10: Blank screen

I have hp pavilion laptop , When I press power button it’s start or it’s blinking but on screen its show blank screen or sometimes its show colourful lines . Now please tell me what to do .

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
