Windows 10: Blank screen

screen is blank after sign-in and I tried safe mode and start-up repair and they didn't work! HELP NEEDED Immediately Later: Task Bar showed up but computer is VERY slow. Then Screen goes black other than mouse.Before: Updated manually to latest Windows 10

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
