Windows 10: blank screens after update.

after the last windows update i can no longer see some windows. the problem windows appears as a bank white canvas. This was happening with Visual studio but i was able to fix with making some aplication adjustments but it happens with general windows like the VSIX installer.




this is not limited to just this program as i work on a Wacom Cintiq companion and the Wacom desk top center is also a blank canvas. I beleive that there is information on these windows because i can mouse over portions of the windows and my mouse turns to the hand.

I think that this might be something to do with the Intel HD graphics but I have it on the performance setting and the drivers are up to date.

Please let me know if there is a fix for this issue.
