Windows 10: Blank Window with the word Throttled in it.

When I launch Outlook 2016 (365 edition), I get the the window below. It also has a corresponding process under the task manager simply called "Account". If I kill that process, the window disappears. I deleted the profile and recreated it. I am running a deep scan with Kaspersky and Malware bytes, but this is happening on two of my machines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Word, Excel and PowerPoint are Office applications. There are different Office versions. You may follow the steps below to check which version of Office you are using.

  Go to File Then select Account.
  
• 
  Click on About Word (Which have symbol of question mark).
  

I also suggest you to check multiple versions of Microsoft Office is installed or not in your system. You may follow the steps below:

• 
  Go to Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on programs and features.
