Logitech K520 Installation Help


Something is really weird here. I am going into the Unifying Software Advanced View, it lists the keyboard and mouse, and even though the keyboard is switched on, the software lists it as Inactive, unknown battery, and unknown firmware version.

There we go, bleh, I had to move the dongle from a back port to the front panel. That's going to be annoying. Oh well. Thanks all!

Bleh. It looks like a hard reset may be your only recourse.

• Remove the battery.
• Insert the battery and press and hold both the volume down button and power button until the device powers on.
• Hopefully the screen will ask you if you want to hard reset.

If so, and that fixes it, great.

If not, you'll need to contact your carrier or store you purchased the phone from, as there is a hardware issue.

I have the habit of reading every detail of anything I read. I saw the detail on the list of phones so....Bleh its only limited to certain phones....^_^....



Advertising is a bummer noh? They never tell you everything straight out. Its like legal contracts. Always read the fine print.
