    Hello i have a windows 11 pc and i downloaded form this link https://www.softlay.com/downloads/speedfan i know it is speedfanWhen i adjusted the fan the pc seems normal until it started to freeze I restarted and gave me this message I inseted my Windows 11 Iso drive and startup repair and doest work on cmd i tried bootrec/ and it did not work On EFI Shell it not work booting from bootx64.efi I reseted my Bios settings and it does not work. Question: Is it ok to copy all folders including system files to my bootable usb and make a new folder and paste it and i reinstall windows and i past
