Windows 10: Blinitializelibrary 0xc0000001 error

Hello,For the past 2 days I have been getting a Blinitializelibrary 0xc0000001 error preventing me from booting into my PC. I have tried re installing windows from a USB flash drive with a windows install but after the first restart, I get the same error. When restarting my PC manually after this and trying to boot into the flash drive again, I get the same Blinitializelibrary 0xc0000001 error, unless I re-download a windows install from another computer. I am not sure what to do, and I think my hard drive may be corrupted? Any help is appreciated.

I just downloaded a recent update and got the blinitializelibrary fail on startup. I'm not sure of what steps to take in order to fix it. I got this error a couple times over the last few months but outside of going into bios, setting everything to default, and fixing the date and time it worked fine. It didn't work when I had tried on this occurrence though. Can anyone give some advice regarding this issue?

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
