    Blinking Task Bar on Booting


    Hello everyone,


    After the latest update task bar blinking for 2 min and then I able to use my computer. I haven't a problem like this before. I run The System File Checker . Found some corrupted files, repaired them but after that my problem continues. There is video link below that I record during boot-up. What would be the solution?

    Cannot modify Task Bar settings

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your concern and will be happy to assist you.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

    • Right click on the Task Bar.
    • Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

    blinking Line under the task bar

    Hi

    Ever since I updated my Lenovo laptop Win 8.1 to 10 there is a blinking white line under the task bar, it is very irritating !

    How can I get rid of it !?
