    Blinking white lines when installing from boot


    Hi!


    As the subject says, I am installing a fresh Windows 10 from boot and experiencing some odd blinking white lines across the horizontal center of the screen pics below.


    It's frozen there and doesnt move into the installation at all. How can I fix this? Or at least get more information about the problem?

    blinking Line under the task bar

    Hi

    Ever since I updated my Lenovo laptop Win 8.1 to 10 there is a blinking white line under the task bar, it is very irritating !

    How can I get rid of it !?

    My Microsoft Arc Mouse has blinking white

    What does blinking white means?

    Also, it stopped working. When I add Bluetooth, it appears on my list but now it is not listed or discovered. I follow the click for 10 seconds, I actually click it for 20-30 seconds, and even 60 seconds. Still not yet discovered.

    I already turn it on and off. Remove it to pair it again. Turn Airplane mode on and all, but still it cant detect my mouse.

    It is blinking white at the mouse pad of the mouse and has blue light at the back.

    What did happen to it? Thanks
