Windows 10: Blluetooth audio does not work

I cannot get my Plantonics Bluetooth heaphone to work on my Windows 10 computer.

I see the device showing paired but no option arises to allow useage. I cannot select it as a speaker device it doesn't appear as a choice

Have uninstalled and reinstalled and connected device to my computer without success.

Help?

Can not record audio.
