Windows 10: Bloc Num not working for my entire family

Is anyone else having this problem?

So I tried on 3 different PCs, Bloc Num works when in "Arrows" mode but not for writing numbers. It's not a hardware problem because it works with a different OS.

All 3 PCs have Italian locale btw.

Good morning,

as the title of the post states, the bloc num isn't turned on when I boot w10. I've already tried to change BIOS ("2") and reg key. I've also tried the unchecked the quick start option, but none of this previous solution seemed to work.

As you have already tried with some troubleshooting steps and unable to fix the issue, I suggest you to create a new user account and try to
enable NumLock by using the registry fix and check.

To create new user account follow the below steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Enable NumLock by using the registry fix:

Note: You must be logged into Windows 10 with a local account and have administrator privileges to update the Windows Registry. If you log in with a Microsoft account, your updates to the registry will not
be saved.

• Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the
  Run window.
• Type regedit in the Open text box and press
  Enter to open the Windows Registry editor. If a User Account Control dialogue windows opens, click the
  Yes button to continue.
• In the Registry, open the below folders:
  
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
  
  Control Panel\
  
  Keyboard\
  
  
• Within the keyboard folder, there should be a string value named "InitialKeyboardIndicators" with a value of 0, 1, or 2. Below is the explanation of each of these values.
  
  0 = Num Lock is turned OFF after the logon.
  
  1 = Disable Num Lock.
  
  2 = Numlock is turned ON after the logon.

5. You may change the value accordingly and close the registry editor.

6. Reboot the computer and check if it helps.

Unable to filter the entire website under Family Safety
