    Block already scheduled feature upgrade


    I've been fighting a war with my windows 10 pro laptop preventing feature upgrades. Any new feature upgrade causes the cpu to throttle at 0.0001 pct usage effecrivley bricking it.

    I found the group policy setting "Select when preview builds and feature updates are received" effective so long as I remembered to reset 30 day countdown every 29 days.

    Unfortunately I forgot and its scheduled the update. Restarting the countdown still wants me to upgrade. Is there any way to cancel a already scheduled upgrade? Can I delete the Windows update folder maybe?

    Please help this is so frustrating. Since Microsoft changed how recover mode works i need to usea usb jump drive to fix it. I don't have one handy and can't wait days to order one

    QoS Packet Scheduler - Blocked by group policy?

    I am trying to make changes to a network adapter and install QoS Packet Scheduler. However, when I click to install I get "Could not add the requested feature. The error is: This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator." I am doing this as the administrator and I have no group policy that should be blocking this.

    I am going to network adapter > Properties > under "Networking" I click "Install..." and select QoS Packet Scheduler. I do not see it as a list of already available options, which is why I need to install it.

    Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

    BUG IN CALL BLOCKING FEATURE

    WHEN WE ARE ADDING THE PHONE NO. TO CALL BLOCK LIST. WE ARE ABLE TO BLOCK THE PARTICULAR CALLER. BUT THERE IS A BUG THAT EVEN WHEN ARE TURNING OFF THE CALL BLOCK FEATURE IT IS BLOCKING THAT CALLER TO CALL US. THE PHONE SHOULD ALLOW TO CALL US WHEN THE
    FEATURE IS TURNED OFF AND EVEN THOUGH THE CALLER IS IN CALL BLOCK LIST. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE CUMBERSOME TO ADD THE CALLER NOW AND THEN AND REMOVE IT....

    Microsoft Key Blocking Compatability Issues that block Upgrades.

    Where can I get a list of the Microsoft Key Blocking Compatability Issues that block upgrades to Windows # 10,and that leaves a error message showing # 0xc1900107.None of the suggested methods to repair problems in order to receive and install November
