Windows 10: Block MS-store by using intune for Win 10/11 Pro

Hi, Our organization wants to block MS-Store application for all end users by using intune and Endusers all are using Win 10/11 Pro version. Team has created the policies on Intune "Turn off the store" but no luck. Please share if any alternative way to block the MS store. TIASiva

Block Windows 11 update in Intune

Hello,

I recently set up some Policies and an Update Ring in Intune regarding to Windows Updates. I set the Target to 21H2, blocked the update to Windows 11 option, and created a Feature update ring also to 21H2.

Today 2 of our devices updated to Windows 11. What options we need to add or alter to prevent updating to Windows 11?

Update Windows 10 Home to Pro and Enrol into Intune

Just one more question. I created a random(non-company e-mail) to sign in to Windows. Then I will purchase the license via MS Store to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro - will this license be tied to this particular e-mail? Will I get the key, will I be able to view it and re-use next time I wipe device?

The reason why I am asking is I am going to enrol user with a company e-mail and add this device to Intune.

What happens if I wipe OS and restore to original one - Win 10 Home? Do I need to access again the e-mail/MS account as the e-mail that I originally used to log in to Windows 10 Home and upgrade to Win 10 Pro?

 

Win 11 Home vs Pro

I purchased Win 11 Pro, but was delivered a digital cert for Win 11 Home.

How do I contact the MS Store to get this corrected?
