Windows 10: Blocked access from various sites/servers/vpn after reset

After my pc reset 2 days ago, I've been having troubles going to some specific websites or some of my apps have problems connecting to their servers. I've tried different Internet connections wifi & data which works perfectly on other devices, resetting my pc again, resetting the network settings, turning off/on the Windows firewall and antivirus software Norton, using command prompt to reset the network stuff. Everything including any graphics drivers or windows version is updated to the latest version. After all these methods, my computer still has this problem and it's really annoying because I need a VPN to work and I can't download it.

I think the problem is most likely a setting in the pc that's restricting my access to these services. Does anyone have any ideas that can help me?

Internet Access through a Microsoft Windows Server 2012 VPN

Hi all

How can I enable internet access via my MS Windows Server 2012 VPN?

I have successfully enabled my VPN (L2TP) to give me a access to a network with application servers on, but would like to extend access to open internet via this network and VPN connection? A number of my clients provide HTTP and VPN-out access from their
networks but block a number of ports (POP3, FTP, SMTP, etc.).

What are the steps to

1) Enable the VPN to provide pass-through to the VPN servers internet access?

2) Enable this on Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 VPN clients who only have VPN-out access (no direct internet access)?

Frequently, it blocks access to various sites. For this sites pay monthly or annual fee. I have not viruses, and I have private internet. Only problems it does CloudFlare. Require several days or weeks, until will funtion sites, normal.
