    Hi, I have a user in my company that has a problem with loging in his account.The account gets blocked all the time , she is using an android smartphone that had been connected to his mailbox .We tried to change the password also we reinstaled the phone, nothing changed.     Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
